Our product is a Complete Crepemaking System for the Fast Food, Restaurant and Hospitality Industry. It is a Business Opportunity to increase revenue in new or existing businesses by introducing a new product line. The 'system' incorporates Crepemaking equipment, Crepe Mix, Take-Out Packaging, Operator Training, Support, Service and Maintenance.
The Crepemaker features a rectangular hotplate designed to achieve the maximum output of crepes per minute. The Crepemaking equipment is bench-mounted and easy to install into any operation. The efficient streamlined cooking technique consistently produces a cost-effective product. A trained operator can cook, fill and served 1, 2 or 3 crepes at a time in 90 seconds.
The unique cast alloy non-stick hotplate evenly heats the entire cooking surface and constantly maintains the desired surface temperature of the hotplate all day.
The Crepemobile has been custom designed to incoporate the full Crepemaker System into a self contained, refrigerated unit with removable food containers and glass sneeze guard. It is the ideal all in one solution of undercover Alfresco Dining, Outdoor Locations or Function Rooms
The Crispy Crepe Mix was specially formulated for the Crispy Crepemaker System. CCA Produces a top quality powdered Crepe Mix formulated from our secret recipe based on a unique ratio of eggs, flour and milk. By adding water to the 5kg pack and following the blending instructions a perfect consistently is achieved every time.
The number of crepes made from the 5kg pack can vary. A trained operator, skilled in crepemaking, will ensure that the crepe is the correct length (30cm) and the right thickness. If both of these requirements are met then 1 x 5kg pack can make 150 crepes on average.
Using our fat free cooking process the Crispy Crepe Mix makes a light, tender, golden brown crepe that can be filled with both sweet or savoury fillings.
